If you live in the Garrett County area, we can not recommend this contractor enough, Cornerstone Construction. Jon & Mark Hinebaugh (and staff) were exceptional. They completed the decks in just a few days and are polite, conscientious, considerate of our property, and left no construction mess while doing the job. From our initial meeting, paperwork, scheduling, to the completion was about a month. It is a challenge to get contractors to respond or even show up for estimates.
